How is the Glazier Double Old Fashioned Glass personalized?
Kusak Crystal sand-carves or etches your name, logo, date, and message into the Glazier Double Old Fashioned Glass. Custom etching and logo setup are free, and if your logo isn't vector art, we reformat it for $25. We email you a free proof before production starts.
Can I see what my gift will look like before it's made?
Yes. Every Kusak gift starts as a blank, and the photos show etching we've done for other customers.
You'll get a free proof within 1 to 2 business days, and corrections before production are free. Kusak Crystal doesn't bill you until your order ships, and we're glad to send a quote first.
Can I ship gifts to multiple recipients?
Yes. Choose multiship at checkout ($10 per address by ground or $30 by an expedited
method, plus $5 for addresses under $14 in value). Download our address spreadsheet, fill it in, and email it
to kusak@kusak.com with your order number.
When will my gift arrive?
Kusak Crystal makes most gifts in 5 to 7 business days after you approve your proof, and ground shipping is free.
If we don't hear back within 2 business days of sending your proof, we start production so your date doesn't slip.
Working against a date? Call us and ask about rush.

I ordered whiskey glasses with custom etching for a wedding. The etching had a depiction of the bride and groom. I sent a separate email with the image to be etched, specifying that the hair color was wrong in the original image I uploaded: it should be white skin, dark hair (not white skin, white…

hair). They updated the image and send me a proof. In the proof they had the correct white/black. I approved.
The glasses I received were inverted: black skin with white hair. When I contacted them asking why it was backwards from the proof, they informed me it was my fault since I should have known they etch the black areas (to appear white), and leave the white areas unchanged (to appear dark with the whiskey). They also said they were sorry I was unhappy that I made a mistake.
I don't know about you, but if you email the company with an image of light skin and dark hair, and their proof has light skin and dark hair, and you receive glasses with dark skin and light hair, I don't believe it's the customer's fault. And I don't believe patronizing your customers for your mistake is good business practice.
