How is the Lyra 16oz Glass Tumbler personalized?

Kusak Crystal sand-carves or etches your name, logo, date, and message into the Lyra 16oz Glass Tumbler. Custom etching and logo setup are free, and if your logo isn't vector art, we reformat it for $25. We email you a free proof before production starts.

Can I see what my gift will look like before it's made?

Yes. Every Kusak gift starts as a blank, and the photos show engraving we've done for other customers. You'll get a free proof within 1 to 2 business days, and corrections before production are free. Kusak Crystal doesn't bill you until your order ships, and we're glad to send a quote first.

Can I ship gifts to multiple recipients?

Yes. Choose multiship at checkout ($10 per address by ground or $30 by an expedited method, plus $5 for addresses under $14 in value). Download our address spreadsheet, fill it in, and email it to kusak@kusak.com with your order number.

When will my gift arrive?

Kusak Crystal makes most gifts in 5 to 7 business days after you approve your proof, and ground shipping is free. If we don't hear back within 2 business days of sending your proof, we start production so your date doesn't slip. Working against a date? Call us and ask about rush.

What if my gift arrives damaged or isn't right?

If your gift arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, call us at 1-800-426-9347 and we'll make it right. Every order is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receipt, we'll exchange your gift or refund your money.

Can I order gifts by phone?

Yes. Our crystal award specialists are standing by at 1-800-426-9347, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm PT, to answer questions, help you choose a gift, and take your order.

Kusak Crystal works with many suppliers and factories each vetted for high quality materials, product selection, and manufacturing capabilities to offer you the best, most innovated, and widest selection of products available. Kusak Crystal cannot test every piece of every order that we ship to California for every one of the Proposition 65 listed 850 chemicals, and you may continue to have concerns about compliance with Proposition 65. If so, then the safest option is to include a label on each product that may ship to the State of California which we will do free of charge upon request. The label will read as follows and will ensure full compliance with California Proposition 65 requirements:
