Policies for Kusak's Internet Website

Customer service: 

We are open between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday thru Friday. If you wish to speak with our staff regarding special orders and availability of any item we carry please give us a call.   Not all our items are currently on our website, so please call or email for a special gift idea that may not be showcased. We are a remarkable resource for the most unique and special items in fine crystal and art glass as we celebrate 100th years in crystal and unique art glass.

Ordering:

Orders can be placed through this website, emailed or faxed using our sku number and description.

Kusak’s gladly accepts phone orders for your convenience, but takes no responsibility for errors in orders taken over the phone.  We will send a confirmation before delivery. Please check for accuracy.

Shipping:

All items will be shipped fully insured via UPS and USPS.

Shipping charges include, freight, packaging and handling.

We will supply you with tracking numbers once your order is shipped.

 Should breakage occur in shipping, please save both the breakage and the packaging. Contact Kusak’s once discovered.  If needed, Kusak’s will arranged an inspection and or pick up for the breakage. All items are fully insured.

 All orders, except custom engraved items, will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. You will be notified if there is a delay in shipping your order.

Once any order is shipped, it is the freights carrier’s responsibility to deliver packages in a timely manner..

International Shipments must be arranged by contacting Kusak’s

directly, via email Kusak@kusak.com or phone (800) 426 9347.

 Availability:

Kusak’s makes a remarkable effort to keep all items shown on the website in stock.  Should we be out of stock on any item ordered you will be notified with in two business days or less.

Kusak’s will provide a proof you for your approval to confirm correct spelling and artwork before production on all personalized items. Once approved, all items will be put into production. There are no returns on custom made products once approved for production.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

Kusak’s makes every effort to insure the highest quality crystal and art glass products in every shipment .  Should there be a reason for return or exchange, please call (800) 426 9347 for return authorization.  No items will be accepted with out pre approved authorization.  Please include invoice number when calling.

No returns are accepted after 30 day from date of delivery.

All exchanges or returns will be processed in 7 to 10 business days.

Custom engraved items may not be returned.
